Mr Clinton Booth – Managing Director
BComm, MBA
Mr Clinton Booth has over 25 years of experience across corporate, operational, and development roles. At Fortescue Future Industries (subsidiary of Fortescue Ltd) Mr Booth held the roles of Global Head of Integration, Head of Development North America, and Head of Global Project Readiness.
In these roles Mr Booth was responsible for the transition and integration of M&A and joint venture transactions, headed project development activities in North American and attended to several early-stage development activities. Prior to this Mr Booth was Head of Commercial at Galaxy Resources, and Head of Commercial Management (Australia) at ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions. In his roles at both Galaxy Resources and ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions, Mr Booth had responsibility for reducing operating costs, increasing financial returns and delivering margin growth in high volume, low margin sectors.
Mr Booth holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and an MBA from the Curtin Graduate School of Business.

Mr Charles Thomas – Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Charles Thomas is an Executive Director and Founding Partner of GTT a leading boutique corporate advisory firm based in Australia. Mr Thomas has worked in the financial service industry for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in capital markets as well as the structuring of corporate transactions.
Mr Thomas has significant experience sitting on numerous ASX boards spanning the mining, resources and technology space. Mr Thomas has been responsible for the sourcing and funding of numerous projects for these ASX companies.
Mr Thomas was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of GCM on 23 April 2018 and is currently the Executive Chairman of Marquee Resources Limited (ASX:MQR) and Non-Executive Director of Viking Mines Ltd (ASX:VKA).
Mr Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia (UWA) majoring in Corporate Finance.

Mr Chris Zielinski – Non-Executive Director
LLB, B.Com
Mr Chris Zielinski is a Director at Nova Legal and has a wide range of experience acting as an adviser to a number of companies (both public and private), directors and corporate advisors on matters such as capital raisings (both IPO and secondary), takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder meetings, preparing and reviewing prospectuses and other fundraising documents, company meetings, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance, and providing general corporate and commercial advice. Mr Zielinski also has experience acting for a number of private and public companies in the resources sector, including advising on acquisition and disposal of mining projects and negotiating earn-in agreements.
Mr Zielinski is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Global Oil & Gas Ltd (ASX:GLV) and Non-Executive Director of Omnia Metals Group Ltd (ASX:OM1).
Mr Zielinski holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Notre Dame University.

Ms Tiani Robertson – Chief Financial Officer

Ms Tiani Robertson is a finance executive with more than 20 years’ experience across the energy and resources sectors in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She previously held senior roles at Fortescue Ltd and Centrica plc, leading corporate reporting, finance operations, and transformation initiatives in both ASX- and FTSE-listed environments. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Ms Robertson is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ms Robertson brings deep expertise in financial control, IFRS reporting, and corporate governance, with a proven record of establishing finance functions in complex, fast-growing organisations.

Professor Andrew Ruys – Head of Research and Development

Professor Andrew Ruys is a leading global expert in advanced ceramics, and has a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) and PhD in Ceramic Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He has had a hands-on career leading R&D and commercialisation efforts at both private and ASX-listed companies.
In the 1990s, Professor Ruys was the founding director of Modern Ceramics Company Pty Ltd (MMC), one of the leading manufacturers of RSSC silicon carbide (SiC) in the world at that time. Under his guidance, MMC produced and exported advanced ceramics, and managed the early development of advanced graphite technologies.
In the late 1990s, Professor Ruys became a member of the foundational team of ASX-listed Sirtex Medical Limited (ASX:SRX), which developed and marketed an advanced ceramic microsphere technology for selective internal radiation therapy.
Professor Ruys has also been the R&D Manager at two start-up companies developing advanced ceramics, LCRT Pty Ltd and GRAG Technologies Pty Ltd.
Professor Ruys has also had an illustrious academic career, including serving for many years as a Professor of Engineering at the University of Sydney (School of AMME, Centre for Advanced Materials Technology and Discipline of Biomedical Engineering). He has published over 240 scientific papers on advanced ceramics, and four scholarly books through Elsevier (Oxford, UK).

Dr Mark Baldry – Head of Product Engineering
PhD (Mech Eng), BEng (Chem & Biomol) (Hons I), BSc (Env Stud), CPEng (Mech)
Dr Mark Baldry holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), where his research focused on heat transfer in complex systems. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies.
With deep expertise in thermal engineering, mechanical design, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), product development, and advanced manufacturing, Dr Baldry has led the development of novel technologies across high-performance and quantum computing, aerospace, medical devices, energy storage, and renewable energy sectors.
Dr Baldry is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with Engineers Australia. He has authored 13 peer-reviewed journal publications and is a co-inventor on two patents.

Mr David Eastman – Chief Geologist B.Sc.
B.Sc, Geology/Geophysics
Mr David Eastman holds a Bachelor of Science from Monash University majoring in Geology and Geophysics. Mr Eastman has over 18 years of experience in the mining sector, including experience in exploration, resource development, resource estimation, mine geology and operations management in hard rock deposits. Prior to this position Mr Eastman held senior positions at Element 25 Limited, Altura Mining Limited, Galaxy Resources Limited (now Arcardium Limited (ASX:LTM)), Mt Gibson Iron and Consolidated Minerals Limited. Mr Eastman has also worked as an independent geological consultant to the mining sector.
Further to his geological skills, Mr Eastman also has extensive experience in mine site management and start up operations, having successfully over seen mine site development works and management at multiple operations throughout Western Australia.
Ms Michaela Stanton-Cook – Company Secretary
JD, BComm, AGIA & ACG
Michaela is a Chartered Company Secretary and legally qualified governance professional with over a decade of experience advising ASX/TSX/LSE/AIM/OTC-listed, unlisted public, private, and NFP organisations. She has a strong track record of delivering high quality governance and company secretarial services across diverse sectors including resources, materials, aviation, retail, education, technology, and energy.
Michaela holds a Juris Doctor, Bachelor of Commerce, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management. She is an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Driven by a passion for corporate compliance and ethical governance, Michaela is committed to fostering transparency, strengthening board effectiveness, and supporting the long term sustainability of the organisations she supports. Prior to joining Arclight Solutions, she held senior company secretarial roles within leading outsourced governance advisory firms and contributed to numerous NFP organisations in a voluntary capacity.
